As the first AoL center in Pakistan, our mission is to spread peace and good health in a natural environment. We invite you to join us for meditation, yoga and fabulous green meals daily at our lakeside Soul Sanctuary in BaniGala. What’s more, there’s live music, knowledge, interfaith harmony, dance, drama, rafting, laughter, games and wading in the serene Rawal lake overlooking the towering Margalla hills. Last, but clichedly not the least, there are drum circles for rhythmic soul seekers. We also conduct regular AoL Part 1 and Advanced Courses of the world famous breathing exercises besides youth empowerment through YesPlus!
